Damage caused by failure to follow use and care instructions or improper installation and setup
Permanent body impressions of 1.5 inches or less
Foam color change or yellowing
Consumer abuse
Structural damage resulting from moving or transporting
Cover damage caused by improper laundering or drying
Cover damage caused by chlorine bleach or other cleaners
Burns, stains or spoilage
Shipping cost related to a warranty service request
Freight damage
