Service Request includes an inspection, diagnostic and fix of your adjustable base. If there is no broken or defective parts that we needs to be replaced, $125 will be the total charged to you.
In case that any part needs to be replaced, the technician will be providing you with the price of the part. In case that we have to order the part, it need to be paid in advance and a second visit by our technician will be arranged to install the new part. This second trip is covered by the service fee of $125.
Once your Service Request is received, we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
Please contact us to provide any additional details about your adjustable base and the issue you are reporting. We encourage you to take some pictures of the remote control (both sides), and any other picture that help us to identify the model of your adjustable base.
